Responsibilities in this position were to develop this idea further as General Manager of a national mail order company offering durable medical equipment. At Jencyn Medical I helped build a team of four into a team of nearly 100 spanning five states, encompassing customer service, call center services in Denver Colorado, a document retrieval team in North and South Carolina, a compliance team in Seattle, Washington, marketing and lead generation in Salt Lake City, Utah.
