My purpose is to develop modern approaches to accelerate transformations of consciousness toward re-enchantment with the world, and to create conditions for people to flourish and the planet to thrive. Those conditions start with the recognition of our common humanity, and the ways in which I can contribute to building our collective capacity to support each other in business and in life. Over the course of my career as a lawyer, a tech industry executive, and an entrepreneur, I have learned that structural and organizational power can cage people into workplace trajectories that limit business and personal growth. My greatest teacher has been my wife and partner, Cara, one of the wisest people I know. Together, we have been honored to raise two remarkable human beings, Christina and Julianna.
