Mr. Heller has established himself as one of the preeminent trial lawyers in employment law and workplace rights in and around New York City. He has been first chair in multiple seven-figure verdicts on behalf of his client and has an impressive appellate resume, handling appeals that have addressed all aspects of employment law. Mr. Heller is routinely quoted by the media, both based on his expertise in employment law and because of the high-profile cases he handles. He has been quoted in national and local newspapers and has appeared on various television news programs in New York City. Mr. Heller also actively lectures on the field of employment law and has taught students preparing for the portion bar examination addressing employment law . Brian Heller has been with Schwartz Perry & Heller since his graduation from Fordham Law School in 2001. In August 2007, Mr. Heller was named as a Partner of the firm and his name was added to the firm name in November 2016. As a student at Fordham Law School, Mr. Heller served on the Fordham Urban Law Journal and as a mediator in the Bronx Small Claims Court. In addition, Mr. Heller is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
