As the Department Chief of Reserve Force Readiness at the US Coast Guard, I oversee the training and readiness of over 120 Reserve members who are prepared to deploy across the US and the world at any time. I have been in this role for more than two years, applying my data analytics skills and strategic planning expertise to ensure the optimal utilization and deployment of our human resources.My interest in data analytics and policy writing stems from my passion for understanding the cause and effect of events and actions, both in the physical and social realms. I have a master's degree in data analytics and a bachelor's degree in management studies from the University of Maryland University College. I have also served as a policy writer and interpreter for the Office of Military Policy at the US Coast Guard for three years, developing and updating administrative policies for the Active Duty and Reserve components.
