• Manage all phases for payroll submissions via ADP Workforce Now• Train and guide clientele on payroll processing procedures for ADP Workforce Now• Resolve client-related technical and procedural payroll issues including taxes, garnishments, and benefits• Conduct daily payroll reporting, including general ledger reporting• Utilize SAP, Oracle, and ADP internal and external systems to perform accounting and payroll functions
