Serve as Deputy Program Manager of a 100+ FTE SETA contract supporting the Chief Information Office of a Government agency. Responsible for strategic direction as well as day-to-day operations and oversight of contract staff delivering portfolio management, policy, governance, enterprise architecture, information assurance and various other areas of expertise.

Manage the business operations for approximately 35 people and $5M in operations. Responsibilities include business development; proposal management and support; employee supervision; career counseling; staff optimization; compensation determinations; resolution of HR issues; identification and mitigation of problems; implementation of vision and strategy; achieving financial goals and business metrics and fostering an environment of growth.

Develop lifte cycle cost estimates and perform independent risk assessments for major DoD and IC programs. Also, conduct Independent Cost Evaluations of major Northrop Grumman proposals to determine investment risk, ROI and impact to the company portfolio.
