Was employed here for 1 term during my Co-op programBeing a test analyst at CIBC was my first role in the quality assurance field. During this time, I worked in the QA team to perform UAT testing on the CIBC online banking system using Mercury Quality Center.

As a computer lab facilitator as George Brown College, I was responsible for training students in using computer software such as Windows XP, and the Microsoft Office suite using a training tool called Skills Assessment Manager (SAM). I was also proctored tests on a regular basis for hundreds of students. My time at George Brown was very rewarding as I had the opportunity to meet and share knowledge with many people.
