I have many years' experience in measuring and understanding the physical world.Specifically in the areas of:1. Sound2. Test & measurement instrumentation from transducers through electronics to analysis and presentation3. Quantification of room and building performance4. Vibration and measurement of a structure's inherent properties.I have especially enjoyed being the interface between US customers and non-US suppliers. Both in the US and while working in Europe.I have worked in direct, customer-facing organizations (in the US and United Kingdom) as well at company headquarters in Denmark. Having been inside and outside, I have perspective on the challenges and perceptions of other roles.I have had the opportunity to not only contribute as an individual but as a manager. I have overall responsibility for NTi Audio's US operations. I have hired and fired in pursuit of company goals. With a background in engineering, I have a natural affinity for operations. I have reviewed and streamlined processes to increase quality & repeatability and reduce costs.We have successfully grown the business over the last 6+ years by expanding market share. We work to provide our target customers an excellent product with professional service and knowledge.
