Brian Cohn is a transfer undergraduate student at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Brian is studying to be a marketing major and to open up his own business. Brian has had two years in sales at the store Brookstone. Brian Sold more massage chairs than all other associates in 2014 at store 240 and handled challenging customers with grace, resulting in increased sales volume. He generated a following of returning customers through excellent customer service resulting in higher sales and strive towards improved performance by learning about new products and new sales techniques which has been noticed by management for promotion purposes and working in other stores. Brian has also obtained the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America.
