Since then, I have grown into progressively more complex leadership roles overseeing quality, safety, and operations for large manufacturing plants. I currently oversee 2 manufacturing facilities in the role of Vice President. There, I have built upper and middle management structures from scratch, delivered consistent growth in profitability YoY, and used automation to substantially increase throughput and operational efficiency.𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠I am gifted with the ability to spot trends before they develop; combined with my analytical nature and ability to execute, this allows me to react quickly to minimize collateral damage and maximize potential gains. Additionally, I apply Six Sigma and lean principles to everything I touch, continuously striving to optimize processes, improve products, and increase profitability.
