As Instructional Designer for Wedgewood, I am responsible for assisting with the development of educational training modules, job aids, facilitator guides, and process flow maps. Served as Lead Instructional Designer to create an online national Ad Director training program for American City Business Journals across all markets. Developed multiple safety and awareness online training programs for Southern California Edison, including Hazardous Waste, Social Media, Principles of Edison Leadership, and microtraining courses such as cutting and replacing telephone poles in the field. My responsibilities as Lead Instructional Designer include all development of eLearning/training courses, and collaborating with account producers, clients, team leaders, designers, and programmers. Followed launch of intranet by duplicating successful home video and marketing partnerships with NBC Universal Home Video, Lionsgate Home Video, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, American City Business Journals, and many other clients. Developed HTML template layouts and processed digital assets for multiple B2B sites. Worked with team members to create, implement, and improve digital file protocols, asset naming conventions, server directory structures, and Content Management System databases, records, and administration. Trained new hires to help provide additional assistance with B2B website support, quality assurance, development, asset production, and database maintenance.
