Oracle/SQL skills are utilized to query data embedded within the proprietary marketing database and are then fed into SAS for number crunching and analysis (utilizing datastep, macro, summary procs, etc). Findings are then summarized and presented to product owners/lines of business in a format that is easily understood and made actionable.

Reporting and analytics to support default operations group within SunTrust Mortgage (Foreclosure, Loss Mitigation, REO, Bankruptcy, Support Services).

The research department within UNOS is designated to address numerous investigational as well as analytical inquiries into the data that is collected and housed as part of fulfilling the national Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) contract awarded the organization. As such, SAS analysts exist to support these such inquiries as well as provide analytic backup to the various organ transplantation committees.

• Quantify the impact of customers acquired via the web and identify the typical migration pattern these customers portray. Assist in development of budgets for marketing efforts, as value of overall channels (paid search, email campaigns, organic, etc) are quantified.• Develop standardized reporting/data pull templates to make departmental reporting more efficient and automated• Perform industry research to help align current company direction with that of the consumer electronics industry• Provide deep-dive support on key campaigns and analyses to uncover true drivers of success
