As a Senior Operations Manager and Senior Noncommissioned Officer at the United States Air Force, I am proud to serve my country and contribute to its defense and global operations.In my current role, I manage operations and training for 120 aircrew who operate a fleet of 12 aircraft, ensuring mission accomplishment and compliance with safety and quality standards. I also act as an instructor and evaluator, responsible for training and assessing 34 combat aircrew on various aspects of flight operations, safety, planning, and troubleshooting. Additionally, I oversaw a $255M simulator training contract and lead process improvement teams using lean business practices. I have deployed 11 times overseas, planning and executing combat missions in support of national objectives.
