I have spent 20+ years in personnel/human resources at various levels within the AF and the joint arena as well as over 5 years in Professional Military Education. As an educator, I have filled roles as a flight instructor, division chief, director of education and finally as the Commandant of the Vosler NCO Academy. Combining my experiences as a human resource manager and educational training to help an organization succeed is my ultimate goal. I thoroughly enjoy public speaking and interacting with audiences and leaders at all levels.
