As a seasoned professional with over 6 years of experience and a student of the automotive industry, I am passionate about helping dealerships become more profitable. My roles have included everything from working as a Salesperson at a dealership to my current role in marketing at vAuto for the company’s New Car Inventory Management & Pricing Solution. Following my success in the customer service industry, I decided to help dealers increase profit by improving their business practices with an industry leading product. By joining vAuto, I can combine my passion for the automotive industry and customer service background to help improve dealer operations and help them sell more new vehicles.As a result of my customer service experience, dealers receive a customized overview of how vAuto’s software can solve the unique problems that their dealership faces related to sales and inventory management. I am committed to helping dealers evolve their business practices in all areas by continually learning and sharing industry-leading best practices. One of the biggest milestones of my career was a little over a year ago, when I left my job of 5 years to begin my career with vAuto. I was unsure what the future would hold at vAuto, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed for my career and family. Working for an amazing company backed by Cox Automotive gives me the flexibility I need to balance my professional and family responsibilities, as well as have the opportunity to do volunteer work in my local community.
