Responsible for assisting the outsourced IT vendor in administering the local, wireless, internet, email networks, telephone, and all related software programs. Responsible for user administration, support, training and scheduling monthly visits with representatives from Doss Communications to assure computers are scanned with virus software, applications are updated, and perform maintenance on issues that have occurred during the previous month. Maintain system specifications; ensure the Bank's technology resource systems are operating in a secure and stable manner.

Responsible for administering the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) products, services, installations and related systems. Works closely with vendors (Brinks, Garda, Post Browning) and bank management to assure all ATMs are maintained and working properly. Travels as needed in order to perform duties related to ATM.

Responsible for the coordination of all marketing and social media and networking activities of the Bank; ensure marketing activities are in compliance with state and federal regulations; develops various marketing concepts, objectives, materials, advertisements, programs, press releases, and other special events approved by Senior Management. Provide guidance and coordinate implementation efforts with respect to the installation of new or existing products and services updating the website and preparing appropriate marketing materials. Also responsible for being the primary contact for media contacts, advertising, and certain business development activities that promote the spirit, philosophy, dedication, and general direction of the Bank.- Develop and maximize all delivery channels including print, radio, and digital (e.g. website, mobile, social media).- Maintain, recommend changes to, and monitors adherence to marketing policies, guidelines and procedures, which includes strict adherence to brand guidelines.- Responsible for oversight and results of marketing projects and campaigns. Provide guidance and feedback to others, as needed, to ensure the success of projects and campaigns. Deliver executive summaries and marketing briefs to Bank leaders on project(s) status.- Maintain awareness, understanding, and compliance with internal policies and procedures, laws, and regulations appropriate for this position. Adhere to bank marketing regulations.- Provide assistance in response to regulatory and internal/external audit requests.

Proficient on Mac Platform, Knowledge of PC platform, Adobe Creative Suite, Micromedia Freehand, Microsoft Office Work with salesman and customer service to create graphics for multiple clients - Banners, Plaques, Pins, Certificates, Sportswear, & Decals.Create new graphics to be released three times annually to the sales force.Worked with Marketing Dept. to develop to graphic ideas for new CampaignsServe as liaison between artist and clienteleDevelop film and negatives to be placed into productionOversees dark room operations and employees.
