Ensure that inspection is completed according to contract protocols, stopping work if necessary to correct errors. Examine workmanship of finished installations for conformity to standards and approves installation. Maintain daily log of construction and inspection activities. Recommend measures to improve construction methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. Create and implement inspection criteria and procedures. Develop and maintain rapport with customer and assists in investigating customer complaints.
