Management of Regional Coordinated Entry and community liaison on behalf of Lodestar Day Resource Center to the Regional Homelessness Continuum of Care.

Senior Director of a multidisciplinary service team which provides housing and rental assistance, crisis intervention, life skill development, supportive counselling, homelessness prevention, transportation services, and linkage and retention to care to vulnerable individuals throughout the eight counties of Western New York. Responsible for securing public and private funding through RFP process for program development and implementation of initiatives to enhance client quality of life while demonstrating cost savings to the health care systems. Oversight of $2 million housing budget, providing supportive housing to over 150 households, and leadership in the development of $12 million of affordable supportive housing for 56 individuals.
