Travel the state of Tennessee to facilitate training programs for employees and departments. Plan UT's Healthy Campus Initiative, a proposal to create a wellness program for the University, statewide. Serve as Communications & Marketing Coordinator for the Tennessee Chapter of College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) board.

Office of Benefits & Retirement Services Hired as an executive director's assistant; started at the front desk to learn the processes of the department. Tasks included front-line customer support by means of telephone, email, and face-to-face communication. Explained retirement and tax-deferred options and benefits to employees.Served as the liaison between the UT Retirees Association and the University. This included attending board meetings, and coordinating trips, luncheons, meetings, newsletters, and memberships. Planned for the UT Safety Committee. This included attending committee meetings and coordinating semi-annual safety officer meetings throughout the state of Tennessee.
