About Brian Lawrence

A little about me, I’m a US Navy veteran who spent a few years after separating from the Navy working dirty, hazardous jobs when I decided I wanted a change. I used my education benefits for college and received my degree while managing at Trader Joe’s in Southern California. After graduating, the startup AdTech company I interned with offered me a full-time role which was my introduction to tech. Next, I learned technical recruiting at an agency and was promoted to account manager where I partnered with executives at enterprise organizations to solve their business challenges through staff augmentation and managed services. Recently, refining my technical recruiting skills at Amazon and Meta doing similar work as a sr. talent partner. My experience in Sales and Technical Recruiting over the past 8 years has taught me a lot about people, organization, and process improvement. I offer a deep set of skills centered around hard work and persistence. I enjoy solving problems and developing efficient solutions to my customer's complex challenges. I’ve utilized multiple ATS systems, including Salesforce and Bullhorn, and have a deep working knowledge with LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Recruiter.
