I provide legal advice to all Nationwide companies in three diverse areas - IT, Privacy, and AML/OFAC. My IT practice allows me to coordinate a great team of lawyers and compliance professionals to provide comprehensive guidance and solutions to the IT organization as it explores and implements new technologies like cloud, social media, BYOD, and Apps. Privacy is the thread that runs through my entire practice as the understanding of data, its permitted uses, and need to secure it apply in all situations. Lastly, I continue to provide guidance on AML/OFAC, and anti-fraud issues to Nationwide as well as regularly speak on the subject nationally. Because Nationwide is a diverse financial institution, I get the unique opportunity to apply my AML/OFAC skills across several fields including banking, broker/dealer, and insurance.

Columbus Speech and Hearing is entering its 80 year as an active provider of non-profit services to those hearing and speaking needs. In addition to being a member of the Board, I also serve on the Finance Committee and was Chair of the Nomination Committee.
