As a project manager for Aria Systems one of my highest priorities is to help ensure the client’s success with the Aria subscription platform. I work with the client to drive the success of the project based on the client’s scope, budget, and timeline. I help guide the client through difficult design decisions using my previous experience from other project implementations, and I am constantly reviewing my clients project needs and expectations to try and be proactive with the services we deliver.The Aria platform works with a wide array of financial systems, and in some projects the Aria platform is the primary work being done, and in other cases we can be a part of a larger effort for a financial enterprise transformation. I provide input on topics that help drive the clients success after the project has gone live to help ensure a long term profitable relationship with the client. Working at Condeco Software I manage a team of Technical Consultants, IT Engineers, and Support Engineers across the United States to implement and integrate a Room Booking IT service that ties in with the Microsoft Exchange calendaring and email system. I proactively manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple IT projects with clients like Flextronics, AECOM, and Franklin Templeton. This position requires that I utilize strong communication, resource coordination and planning, and client engagement skills in order to bring success to the projects I worked on, and the company. Nexxo Financial was bought by MoneyGram, and I was asked to continue my work with the financial platform. I managed the project execution and client implementation efforts for the MGi Alloy Multi-Channel Platform that delivered Mobile and Web products for several banks with Money Transfer, Money Order, Check Cashing, DDA, and Prepaid Card products. This involved managing the clients integration of the VISA, FiServ, FIS, Western Union, INGO, and MoneyGram financial services with the Alloy platform. I facilitated and conducted client meetings, and effectively established and managed relationships and stakeholder expectations throughout the integration and implementation cycle using professional Project Management standards and practices.

During my time at Nexxo I was the lead Project Manager for the Nexxo Desktop Financial Platform. I worked with financial service providers like Western Union to design the user interface, and integrate their financial services. I also created the training material for the platform, and lead the training program with clients during this multi-phased project.

Hired as tech support specialist, and challenged to set up, maintain, and provide onsite training/troubleshooting of Micros HMS 8700 system on UNIX platforms at all 17 company locations across the USA. I programmed interfaces between multiple accounting databases to allow GameWorks game play credits to work as cash payment in the restaurant through the Micros 8700 HMS system. I developed the training documentation, and trained new employees to use the Micros system at new store locations. Wrote the technical support manuals that were used by store managers as a first line of trouble shooting at local sites. Helped IT staffs with back office applications, and server computer configurations, and trouble shoot while at local sites as needed.
