I reverse engineer and then engineer the new software systems to work within current operational standards or facilitate in creation of new operational paradigms to build better IT systems or better utilize the existing ones. Reverse engineered and fully replaced the outdated order management system (PHP, Pearl, Javascript, SQL, Oracle, XML, CSS). In six weeks I was able to lead a team and finish a pre-order management system which utilizes SOAP integration into Docusign for digital contract signatures (PHP, Pearl, SOAP, MySQL, SQL, XML). Replaced CPE customer management portal system (PHP, SQL, XML, SNMP). Manage and maintain other existing support systems as well.

Provision and troubleshoot VOIP, Video, and Data connectivity problems while responding to helpdesk ticketing system.Zenoss, SQL report writing, Perl, Networking, SSH, Telnet, Linux Administration. Training other personnel. Focus on core and layer 2 networking and MPLS. Tier 4 support and Network Administration, and Javascript. In addition normal NOC duties, as a Sr. NOC Engineer I would help in training and mentoring new employees, write scripts (Perl, InShift In1, XML, Javascript, SQL) to improve our tools, generate reports and generally assist the NOC Manager in execution of whatever requests would be put upon the NOC.
