In 2008, I took over project managing a new offshore test team located in Beijing. Duties included:
• Direct vendor budgetary responsibility for outsourced vendor projects and ownership of multiple projects.

• Created and maintained project artefacts such as project charter, plan and schedule.
• Responsible for motivating and mentoring outsourced and internal teams.
• Liaised closely with project/product teams to ensure product requirements were met and exceeded.
• Outlined the internationalisation testing strategy and procedures for both internal/external customers and vendors.
