Senior Relationship Manager - Healthcare
Current• Working closely with the Team Lead and Group Head on development, market launch, regulatory compliance, and overall performance management of the Healthcare Insurance Broking of products and services.• Effectively manage direct reports across all key managerial duties such as appraisal reviews, training, and feed into Team Lead and HR on any resource or efficiency gaps and advise on corrective fixes. • Manage identified key relationships between the company and insurance companies. This could include product development, underwriting, risk assessment, coordination for regulatory approvals, product testing, claims intermediation and overall service level to clients. • Effectively manage relationships with key strategic clients be it SMEs, Corporates, or Individuals across the full customer experience chain of claims, settlement, and renewals where deemed necessary.• Maintain a strong, relevant network and industry presence on behalf of the Healthcare Insurance Broking business.
