I am a part of a team of peer educators and career consultants who are preparing IU O'Neill students for professional experiences. I advise and edit students' resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn pages. I assist students with locating resources and experiences for internships. I conduct mock interviews monthly by preparing questions and advice so they feel knowledgeable and confident in their interview. I have interviewed students and alumni to write blog posts about their experiences at O'Neill and beyond to inform students of the opportunities they can pursue. I coordinated several events that served 2000 students to promote career readiness by preparing materials, organizing curriculum, and encouraging students.

While in the Washington Leadership Program (WLP), I worked in the Environmental Enforcement Section, focused on EPA Regions 3 & 8. I reviewed literature including court cases, academic journals, and newspapers to inform paralegals and attorneys on issues surrounding cases. I drafted memorandums and briefs on environmental justice cases daily. I extracted and organized hundreds of evidence pieces from files and databases to be used as exhibits in trial. I attended congressional hearings relevant to agency priorities to report information back to supervisors weekly.

I was appointed to the IU Student Government executive cabinet where I conducted legislative research on Bloomington City Council proposals weekly to prepare and present public comments on behalf of IUSG and students at Indiana University. I collaborated with city councilors, the vice provost of external affairs for Indiana University, and members of the executive cabinet to ensure that the priorities of administration were heard and met.

I worked on the marketing and communications team under the executive director Jacob Sipe. I implemented a social media strategy for the agency and homeownership team to increase our followers and engagement by 30%. I researched non-profits and interviewed 15 sources to write multiple stories for IHCDA's quarterly magazine. I educated 100 constituents, lenders, and developers on agency programs through community outreach events to improve public awareness and involvement. I created and maintained a list of 180 media contacts to effectively communicate program information and initiatives to rural communities in Indiana.

Adam Frisch ran on a moderate Democratic platform to unseat the incumbent far-right U.S. Representative Lauren Boebert. I worked to compile information on high school and university leaders in CO-3 and the rest of the state to gain support from 18-30-year-old voters. I contributed to campaign ideas and social media strategies. I connected with potential voters by phone banking to inform them of Frisch's policies and ideas.

Gained experience aiding Julie Chambers and Katie Kawiecki in preparing documents, organizing the office, and communicating with clients for this private criminal defense and family law firm. I drafted appearances, motions, and orders related to traffic court, special driving privileges, expungement, misdemeanor, and felony cases. I prepped, scanned, and digitally filed old case files and cleared up space in the office. I also gathered information from potential clients, communicated with current clients to remind them of court dates and information, and called the courts to clarify dates and times.
