Uniquely, I continuously honed my skill and craft to become an expert in leading teams and individuals in creating exemplary (HR) partnerships.My experience is very extensive across HR functions - employee recognition, instructional design, leadership development, performance management, and employee relations - I deliver the most significant organizational benefit when I am engaged in work that improves the company as a whole. Since culture is central to the success of an organization, I have been mentored by and mentored colleagues who use cultural impact as the guiding touchstone. I have learned and practice ensuring that my team keeps betterment of the culture as the ultimate destination.
