American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer with a passion for guiding members of the community towards a healthier lifestyle. During this time, I often had the opportunity to communicate with client physicians to specify goals based on physiological conditions such as heart and metabolic disease. The aforementioned dialogue is used specifically to cooperate with physician-diagnosed conditions. I was also responsible for coordinating with clients to establish and make progress toward physical fitness goals. I pride myself on the use of evidence-based practices in health counseling to effectively convey exercise programs, monitor and track client progress, and guide clients through the basics of exercise physiology, exercise progression, and nutrition.
