For over a decade, I've been privileged to serve as the Director of Credit Policy and Strategy, overseeing both consumer and business strategies for the AT&T Finance organization.Before my current role, I carved out strategies for the AT&T mobility collections portfolio and led a large team operations center for over 8 years, managing approximately 800 FTEs within the AT&T mobility collections unit.In 2022-2023, my vision drove 5 game-changing credit projects for AT&T, cutting churn by 71K annually and generating a $98M NPV in a year. A defining moment was the creation of AT&T's industry-leading credit program and platform which set new records in postpaid net additions and financial efficiency.Beyond my AT&T responsibilities, I am honored to serve as President of the Board of Directors for the NCTUE and Vice President of the Board for TRMA.
