Not only do I possess the qualifications you would want in a successful candidate, but I also possess another powerful intangible quality - commitment to this profession. For over the past ten years, I have had the incredible opportunity to become an expert in architectural production, which I truly love. I am now looking forward to furthering my skills and knowledge in architecture, codes, BIM, historic preservation, and graphic representation, to better meet consumers' needs in an ever- changing environment. I have created virtual models for new construction projects and historic re-creations. This tool has allowed us to create and coordinate construction documents, renderings, virtual models all from a single source material. I am a co-chair of a Spring Turkey Dinner Fundraiser which utilizes over 100 volunteers and has the potential to serve over 500 meals. This event raises money for missionary work in Tanzania. I have developed my own forecasting model to predict the number of people that would potentially attend in any given year. By accurately creating a forecasted prediction, I was able to lead the committee in a successful direct-mailing campaign to increase our attendees, and thus our revenues. The forecast was utilized to control our costs by only buying enough food for the expected quantity of guests.     I made great strides towards the efficiency and productivity of the HomeGoods in Collegeville where I worked as the Backroom Coordinator. I managed six to eight people to streamline the process of getting merchandise onto the shelves. Under my direction, the backroom was re-organized to reduce meaningless and unproductive movement, reduce the handling of goods (which also led to a decrease in damages) and create a systematic and linear method of the production of goods. The resultant was an increase of productivity by 23.4% of conveyables, 61% reduction in the processing time of bulk items, and an increase in profits of 11.4% over the store plan and the backroom was selected to be used for the fabrication of the new training videos. Conducts weekly shrink meetings with current and new associates to reduce store damages, inform associates of safety topics, and educate new hires.Responsible for the efficient processing of merchandise to prepare it for the store floor. Manage 6 – 8 people and coordinate with five department coordinators to streamline the process of getting merchandise onto the shelves.
