This had green dollar savings resulting in chargeback reductions. First performed this for Nationwide and again after Harleysville merger.Negotiated a cost reduction in RightFax support charges as a direct result of negotiations with another vendor. Our trusted existing vendor matched those discounts.Replaced the internal chargeback process for RightFax – taking a process that previously took multiple days to complete and implementing a process that takes less than an hour.
