Key contributor within the Project Management Office (PMO) for the following Business Transformation and Integration projects:o A global asset management firm specializing in private equity, real estate, global market strategies, and fund-to-fund business areas with over $170 billion in assets under management diversified in over 84 distinct funds in a public company readiness project. Facilitated the initial Scoping and Risk Assessment with C-Suite representatives (e.g., CFO, Controller, CAO, CRO), developed an initial management representation letter and 302 certification/sub-certification process, and reviewed, documented, and re-designed the Investments, Valuation, and Distributions processes throughout the organization comparing to industry best practices and to facilitate compliance with government and business regulations.•Performed process reviews for a Fortune 500 U.S. based bank holding company that specializes in credit cards, home loans, auto loans, banking, and saving products. The bank holds a deposit portfolio within the top 10 in the United States. The audits focused on the following:o A review of the Credit Card Division’s Fraud Strategy and Underwriting Operations including a detailed examination of the division’s credit analysis.o A review of the Compliance Management Program in the Mortgage Operations division including the following: regulatory requirements, such as, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Flood Disaster Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Truth-in-Lending Act.• Performed process reviews for a Fortune 500 consumer lending financial institution focused on student loans, credit cards, and banking services. Engagements encompassed documentation of internal control processes, walkthroughs with business process owners and examining firm’s policies and procedures, as well as their compliance with government and business regulations.

Acted as Process Consultant for a global consulting & internal audit firm composed of experts specializing in risk and advisory services. Specifically:• Participated in executing a financial reporting risk management project for an independent state agency providing 529 college savings plans. • Served as the only consultant within the Project Management Office (PMO) for a Business Integration project, on a $205 million acquisition. Worked closely with the various business areas (i.e. HR, Payroll, Tax, Accounting, etc.) to facilitate the completion of assigned sub-team tasks to achieve the client’s target close date of the acquisition. Created, managed, and updated a Consolidated Integration Milestone Report as well as individual logs for each business area. Focused on updating and managing a project share site for all parties involved to access. • Served as a part of a team assisting a Fortune 500 financial institution in a multi-facetted business transformation project. Engagement responsibilities centered on the integration of a product servicing system and upholding compliance with government and business regulations. • Performed internal audits and process reviews for a Fortune 500 financial institution. Engagements encompassed documentation of internal control processes, compliance with government and business regulations, evaluation and adequacy of internal controls, and formulation of strategies for improvement and development.• Performed internal audits and process reviews for a leading global Hospitality company with revenues in the billions. Reviews included all aspects of the hospitality business including but not limited to: normal business operations (i.e.; financial reporting, payroll, HR, etc.), business transformation, and hotel and hotel operation audits (i.e.; management/franchise fees).

Gained experience with voice and electronic interdealer brokers operating in both established and emerging wholesale markets in interest rates, credit, commodities, foreign exchange and equity derivatives. Participated in direct trade execution and processing on the desks of the Emerging Markets Foreign Exchange option trading and Natural Gas, Energy derivatives. Using both Reuters and Bloomberg’s communication and information systems, assisted these desks in the negotiating and brokering of trades between investment banks throughout the world.
