Responsible for the development and implementation of Black Health programming including staffing, training, protocols and material development. Maintain relationships with subcontracting agencies, managing data reporting systems and addressing emerging programmatic issues. 1. Develops, carries out and interprets policy, methods and procedures relating to the conduct of a complete public relations program.2.
