Using JAVA I wrote several custom Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) modifications for a San Francisco utility company and co-wrote a standalone suite of classes which were used to extract data from CC&B and store information in Oracle database tables to help a Toronto utility project revenue earnings for government reporting.Using Visual Basic .NET I developed several utility applications for ProMark and also wrote a set of DLLs to interface a West Palm Beach client’s current cashiering system to CC&B, which was replacing their current PeopleSoft program.Using VBA I co-wrote the main product of ProMark, Advisor (Performance / MTC / Revenue) which used the Excel spreadsheet as a vehicle which allowed customers to monitor both the performance of their CC&B installation and Meter-To-Cash and Revenue data to help improve billing and report revenues to the local authorities.JAVA: Extensions to the Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) product using JAVA and the CC&B FrameworkJAVA: Revenue Product which mined revenue data from the CC&B database and calculated projected revenues for the specified time periodVB.NET: Cashiering interface to bridge the existing cashiering product to CC&B (replacing the DLL's created by PeopleSoft)VBA: Advisor Performance/Meter to Cash/Revenue - coded in VBA inside Excel to create reports, charts and tables to allow the customer to view various details from CC&B and other sources Show less
