As a Recruiting Manager at Thompson Thrift, I lead a team of recruiters that focus on hiring construction professionals in the multifamily space nationwide. I have a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Indiana State University, where I made the Dean's List and earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. In my current role, I consult with hiring managers to understand the roles to be filled and the profiles of ideal candidates. I also participate in future planning for anticipated openings and for new markets. I source candidates from various sources, review and assess their qualifications, schedule and coordinate interviews, and inform them of the job details and benefits. I maintain all the information relating to the job posting and the candidates within the ATS.
