- Projects: A321 Cargo Door Conversion, A300-600 Freighter conversion, B757 Combi cargo door, CRJ200 Freighter conversion, MD- 87 Fire-fighting conversion, passenger evacuation slide, crew rest area door decompression latch- Design: Drawing review, 2D & 3D design & EOs/ADCNs, in-service changes, troubleshooting and solution development, schematics & block diagrams, AFM & AMM changes- Analysis: Mechanism/kinematic analysis, tolerance stackups, cargo door system torsional deflection and cabin airflow analyses to predict 14 CFR 25.783(c)(1) testing, failure analysis, RCCA development- Safety: Safety analysis including FHA, SSA, and FMEA- Testing: Certification plans, aircraft and component test procedures and reports incl endurance, fatigue,performance and DO-160.
