Contracting at REI included quickly adapting to processes and procedures in order to maximize the support of my role for the overall gear team. I owned the development of certain styles as well as actively assisting others in their heavy product loads.

ITC is a vendor who designs and produces various accessories for multiple clients. Responsibilities included designing internal collections for sales as well as bespoke collections for clients. Presentations focused on trend decks, customer profiles, design direction and CADs. Once designs were finalized, I would create techpacks, input data to the PLM and review strike-offs.MAIN CLIENTS- Urban Outfitters, PacSun (including Playboy), Athleta, and Bravado. Research relevant trends in alignment with brand direction for various target customers including mood images, silhouettes, hardware, design details and materials.Technically sketch and CAD designs. Prepare presentation boards for Board Review and Buy Meetings. Spec designs. Review prototypes and make revision direction. Collaborate with Product Development. Update and maintain spec standards for hardware and design details for several brands. Communicate material details to PD for BOMs.
