Years of customer service experience and working towards gaining more experience in digital marketing and social media marketing, particularly. Current professional experience includes building skills in paid social platform advertising. Interests include continually learning new applications in the realm of digital marketing, following my completion and certification at the Digital Marketing Associate level issued by Facebook Blueprint. Named by my professor as a top student, when nominated to serve on the Mass Communications Student Advisory Council while completing my senior year of undergraduate school at Bloomsburg University. Held an executive board position as social media chair for Bloomsburg’s 2018-19 chapter of the American Marketing Association. Skilled in blog writing on WordPress, daily interactivity with Microsoft Suite applications, lead generation tactics using social media advertising tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, and have experience in creating with HTML5 and CSS, as well as Photoshop. Graduated from the Ziegler College of Business in May 2019, with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Marketing and a minor in Emergent Media from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
