With a focus on human-centered, outcomes-led methodology, my role is to meticulously craft digital strategies and execute them to produce outstanding customer experiences, strategically shaping and fortifying our clients’ businesses through intentional design.Throughout each project I’ve held UX/UI related roles where I adeptly translate brand and UX strategies, functions, and information into emotionally resonant, desirable, and refined designs that not only optimize the user experience but also strategically influence user behaviors. Primarily operating in a cross-sector function, I’ve had the pleasure of working with enterprise clients from various industry sectors including - telecommunications, consumer goods, tech and industrial.

While at Cision, I drove strategic initiatives, user experience enhancements, and user interface designs across diverse web projects. Often juggling several projects at once, I was responsible for the entire project lifecycle, encompassing project health assessments, content migration and management, accessibility evaluations, and UX/UI design. Additionally, I exercised oversight on proposed design concepts within other on-going projects, providing guidance to colleagues on optimal design practices and effective presentation methods to clients and key stakeholders. I developed internal templates and components while curating a design library for project managers and developers to streamline reference and help maintain design consistency.
