The Connective: A Community for Women in Business seeks to collaborate to advance women leaders. It began by offering professional development through workshops and connectivity with other professional women executives, leaders, owners and those seeking to build upon their leadership capacity. The Connective is now aligned with the Institute for Women's Leadership at University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and seeks to be the go-to community of support for professional women leaders to further enhance the impact women have in today’s ever-evolving business environment. The Connective began as a social enterprise of O'Connor Connective to serve Northeastern Wisconsin.

Provided leadership for St. Norbert College's innovation task force with the objective of further fostering a culture of innovation. This year-long effort garnered participation from students, faculty, staff, board members, Norbertines, parents and alumni.

Strategic communications, brand alignment and enrollment management leadership for Catholic, Norbertine, liberal arts college in De Pere, WI. Provide vision and strategic direction for division of 31 staff members in admissions, financial aid, and college-wide marketing communications. Serve on president's cabinet and fill role of chief marketing and enrollment officer. Served in role as interim from July 2006-August 2008 developing the divisional structure. Since then, have consistently exceed college enrollment goals in size, academic quality and diversity resulting in an admission wait-list.

Created in-house marketing communications agency to assist St. Norbert College with its brand awareness, enrollment growth and fundraising. Developed award-winning team that provides marketing communications counsel and execution for all corners of campus.

Provided communication services for university foundation during a $1.2 billion campaign. Wrote for various university publications and developed campaign collateral. Led e-communications efforts including the creation of a robust intranet system to assist with development staff internal communication.
