Content management included creating product style, testing, and authoring guidelines and documenting; training and managing freelance authors, reviewers, and QA testers; and managing content schedule and budget. Managed product Web sites, which included coding HTML and facilitating site redesigns and server migrations. Copyedited and proofread online content and printed marketing pieces. Additional tasks included performing instructor support, testing software releases, and performing voice-overs for marketing and tutorial videos.
