I work closely with senior management, shareholders and the marketing team to understand each client's business and their needs. Following a consultation process, I work to set and agree the scope of the project, and then work through to delivery of the agreed tasks, objectives and outcomes. A major focus of my business has been working on client feedback and customer satisfaction initiatives. This involved developing a client feedback framework, designing and launching customer surveys, collating and analysing data, and finally presenting my report and recommendations.Other engagements have involved reviews of marketing literature and collateral, physical displays and showrooms, advertising, online marketing and social media, marketing and customer administration systems and marketing and communication strategies.
