Assistant Animal Care Manager:- Overseeing daily operation of animal hospital and visitor centre, medical treatment plans and updating animal records.- Supervising and participating in daily animal diet preparations, routine cleaning of enclosures, giving medical treatments, tube feeding and maintenance of the grounds.- Management of seal records database.- Assist and coordinate the rescue of stranded animals including assisting with the rescue hotline.- Supervise and train interns and volunteers.- Provide assistance to the Animal Care Manager, Operations Manager and other management as needed.- Assist with fundraisers, educational talks and events, clerical duties and office work as needed.Intern/Volunteer Coordinator:- Organise, coordinate and manage the recruitment of volunteers and interns.- Maintain volunteer database and records of all volunteers and interns.- Conduct volunteer and intern interviews, orientations and evaluations.- Provide support for volunteers and interns.
