Responsible for managing complex, new product introductions across Operations, Sales Support, Supply/Demand Management, and Logistics both internally and externally with our partners.

Support an international sales team as Belkin’s internal and external point person for Apple WW and partnership team, coordinating and managing all sales operations and communication including new product launches, supply/demand, operational procedures, financials as well as support regional and global sales leaders on projects, presentations and reporting.

Responsible for managing high level aspects of Apple sales account and building relationships within multiple segments of that account including account reps, management, merchants, visual merchandisers and regional planning. Attend tradeshows and vendor fairs to increase product awareness and sales. Handle daily internal tasks; as well as assist management team with reporting, retail and online sku placement, forecasting and inventory management.

Responsible for the maintenance and support of customers to ensure the sales organization runs effectively. Assist national account manager and business development team with product launches, logistics, reporting, meeting prep and special projects . Act as a liaison between sales and other internal departments including planning, purchasing, marketing and product management. Responsible for creating and executing a detailed launch process for all new products to ensure a smooth and timely launch to the customer.

Responsible for the maintenance and support of customers to ensure the sales organization runs effectively. Assist business development team by processing and managing orders, product launches, web audits, reporting and other operational tasks.

Offer sales solutions and product support to multiple account representatives and end users via high volume phone calls and emails. Process and manage customer POs and shipments to ensure that they are entered and shipped in a timely manner and according to each customer’s specifications.
