My whole working career has been based around customer service, from telemarketing to managing multiple accounts. Interacting with people is one of the main things that encourages me and getting to know all sorts of people; anytime I can help someone, I do so and with a smile. I was promoted Director of Customer Experience at Gold Star Foods, which has such an amazing experience and so helpful for my growth. This has also inspired me to further my education and get to know more about the bigger picture in business, and I am now studying online at Arizona State University to get my Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Project Management. Recently, I made a change to the USDA team and will now be overseeing the processed commodities program.
