About Brittany Davis

I am a Teachers College, Columbia University and Spelman College Alumna. My Bachelor's of Art degree is in Early Childhood Education, with teacher certification. During my matriculation at Columbia, I studied Education Policy and Social Analysis (EPSA) and Curriculum and Teaching, to one day enter the field of Education Policy. As an advocate, I plan to ensure that all children have equity in access to district resources; specifically the realm of funding that leads to exposure beyond the communities of low-income brown and black children. The ideology of "one size fits all", should be erased from local school districts and education systems on a national level.
