I have close to 20 years of experience in back-office banking, starting in Document Scanning, working my way up to Financial Services Operations at Citi. I started working in the Foreign Collection Department that handled predominately branch deposit exceptions related to Foreign Checks & Bank to Bank Forgery Warranty Claims that went on Collection. I transitioned over to my first People Management role where I pioneered a major migration of the Bank to Bank Check Adjustment process from two closing sites to one. I managed one of the first departments that leveraged our offshore partners as support as we transitioned work. I built a skilled team from the ground up, in less than 4 years. Then I transitioned over to General Ledger Investigations related to the Federal Reserve Bank/Product Processors, where I helped organize workflow and communication across the team. Lastly, I transitioned to my current role where I head Missing Deposit Claims for ATM deposits & General Ledger Investigations specific to Branch Processing errors related to Check Deposits.
