In this new role, I concentrated on Employee Benefits, Orientation/Onboarding, 401(k) administration, the implementation of new programs, and other daily tasks as directed by the HR Director and HR Manager.My recent transition to Human Resources has ignited a passion for resolving complex and unique situations.
