Work across account teams to manage production, event, and activation projects from conception to installation. Understand the client asks, to develop winning strategies, and enlist the appropriate creative and production partners to move the project forward. Ideate and present project concepts, workback schedules, staffing guides, and labor plans. Liaise between clients, designers, and production team. Manage project budget, quotes, proposals, and bid opportunities. Collaborate with vendors in the design, production, and installation of projects at all levels. Monitor quality control on all aspects of the project. Manage and coordinate day to day aspects of project operations. Develop, coordinate and adjust project schedules as necessary, under shifting deadlines.

Assist lead project manager in all aspects of job to completion, track project goals and fulfillment, help with creative ideation and problem solving, material purchasing, communications with vendors and partners, working with production and design to match clients needs, invoicing updating, presentation creation, shipment tracking, and on sight management of event teams and labor.
