Implementation of individualized therapy (ABA) in home, school and center-based sessions one-on-one with children with autism. Run trials, collecting data on lessons and behaviors as they occur as well as behavior management. Engage with clients and families to deduce important aspects of development and bring updates to BCBA as needed for treatment plan.As a trainer took on training other Behavioral Technicians while conducting overlaps with clients to give hands-on training, advice and ensuring each trainee was prepared for the next level of training. Once new technicians were on the team checked their data to ensure accuracy as they began their independent cases.

Worked as a cashier, customer service representative and nursery associate, informing on where to find products throughout the store and details within the nursery. Opened the registers in the morning, closed each night, counting the register and verifying accurate balances before the money drop. Shorter tenure due to company abruptly shutting down.
